Vanceda LLC · California

Software for coordinating fleets of physical robots.

Warehouses, hospitals and factories increasingly run robots from more than one manufacturer, and each vendor ships its own fleet manager. Vanceda builds the layer that operates them together — on open, Kubernetes-native infrastructure rather than another closed platform.

What we build

Operator-facing software for multi-vendor robot fleets, built on open infrastructure so customers are never locked to a single robot manufacturer — or to us.

Vendor-neutral by construction

A fleet spanning several manufacturers is operated as one fleet, through a single open adapter contract rather than per-vendor integration code.

Cloud-native operations

Declarative configuration, continuous reconciliation, and standard Kubernetes tooling — the operating model infrastructure teams already run.

Auditable safety and supply chain

Confirmed stop paths, tamper-evident event records, and signature-verified firmware and model updates, for environments where that has to be provable.

Vanceda is an early-stage company. We are working with a small number of design partners running mixed robot fleets; if that describes your operation, we would like to talk.

Swarmada

Vanceda builds on Swarmada, an open standard for robot fleet orchestration released under Apache 2.0.

Swarmada is developed in the open with its own governance and is free for anyone to use, implement or fork. Vanceda holds no special control over the project and uses it on the same terms as any other adopter. Our products sit above the standard; the standard itself is not ours to own.
